Customer inquiries, parts orders, suggestions about our products and claims are processed by the customer service in Hamburg within the next working day. Trained staff will ensure that all services can be implemented in a timely and appropriate quality.

Spare parts orders are put together carefully and thoroughly reviewed by our in-house service department. The dispatch of ordered spare parts is initiated within a very short time and usually gets within 72 hours to the customer. Should there be delays; any parcel that has left our warehouse can be tracked via the Internet. The customer can then be informed about the shipping status.
