The After Sales and Services is the last but surely an even important activity in the four pillar approach of SportPlus.


After purchasing any of the SportPlus products, the customer can access the After Sales and Service hotline. This tele- phone entrance offers personal technical service and support for questions related to the operation of the products. For instance, ”not everyone is aware that our training computers also allow the monitoring of the heart rate while exercising” says Gerd Krause, Service Teamleader at SportPlus.
The service hotline is also dealing with guarantees and handling subsequent orders. Should one of the SportPlus products be damaged, the product can be replaced within the guarantee time. The delivery of spare parts will also be handled by the After Sales and Service desk. SportPlus will continue to focus and develop the After Sales and Service department. By investing in new software, tools, procedures and in our people SportPlus will continue to service its customer at the highest level for now and in the future.
