SportPlus Service

For technical questions, spare parts and information regarding our products, our hotline is available from 9.00 until 18.00 o’clock.

Callers are welcomed in their native language (recognized by the caller-id) and forwarded to a Service-Agent. Our Service-Agents can talk with the Customer in English and German or correspond in writing by a translator in the local language (e-mail, contact form etc).

Outside of our service times, the customer has the option to leave his phone number so that we can quickly call him back

Should a customer need a spare part, we send it to him by parcel directly to his home or, if desired, also in the store.
